Cybersecurity: Another Word for Job Security

Cyberattacks, hacking, and ransomware incidents are becoming more frequent and their effects more severe. By 2025, the global cost of all forms of cybercrime is expected to exceed $10 trillion, and that number is projected to keep growing.* Businesses, public institutions, and other organizations need qualified cybersecurity specialists who can detect, prevent, and investigate cybercrime.

߲ݴý Online’s Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics is designed to provide working professionals with the foundational skills and knowledge they need to pursue a career in this critical field. Our fully online bachelor’s degree program provides students with the skills needed to help safeguard a wide range of organizations—from corporations and schools to government agencies and healthcare facilities—from cyberattacks.

߲ݴý is one of only 16 colleges and universities nationwide to be designated a National Center of Digital Forensics Academic Excellence (CDFAE) by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Cyber Crime Center (DC3).

Graduates of our Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics program receive CDFAE Digital Forensic Examiner and Digital Media Collector Certificates of Completion. These certificates demonstrate a graduate’s desirable and unique skill sets, and can be exchanged for DOD certification when employed with a federal employer or federal contractor.
